Ethic’s Policy

All personnel are expected to act ethically and in the organisation’s best interests while abiding by the company’s code of conduct.

In the event that they observe any ethical infraction by an individual employee or group of workers, employees are expected to bring it to the attention of the Human Resources or Legal departments.

  • Employees should refrain from engaging in any form of harassment against coworkers and report any incidents they believe to be in violation of workplace ethics.
  • Employees are prohibited from utilising their employment with the company for personal gain or from accepting gifts, corporate perks, or other forms of compensation from sources in exchange for providing preferential treatment.
  • Any potentially conflicting relationships with other organisations must be declared.
  • All official communications utilising resources provided by the organisation or involving the transmission of information relating to the firm may be accessed by the company.
  • Employees of London Daily Despatch are expected to handle News-related matters with the highest level of care and to make appropriate disclosures as necessary.
  • All personnel are expected to uphold local laws, and the company is not liable for any actions taken that violate these laws, including data privacy legislation.
  • Employees at London Daily Despatch are forbidden from collaborating or exchanging information with competing businesses. They should not engage with any rival organisations when determining the cost of the company’s products or services.
  • A list of institutions with whom the firm does not do business is available; therefore, staff members are prohibited from reporting on or writing about any of these restricted companies.
